恵方巻き3February 3rd is called Setsubun, which is known as “Bean Throwing Ceremony” (Mamemaki) in Japan. On the night of Setsubun, they eat Fortune Rolls (Eho-Maki : originally sushi rolls) in a traditional way of eating. When you’re eating them, you have to face toward the good fortune direction of the year, make wishes, and eat them all without speaking.  The direction for this year is“East-Northeast”.

Now kulu kulu will make“Fortune Roll Cake ($4.50)” on February 1, 2 & 3. Fortune Roll Cake will be sold as a whole cake because slicing indicates cutting good fortune!!

節分に食べると縁起が良いとされる恵方巻き。
クルクルでは2月1日・2日・3日に「恵方巻きロール(Fortune Roll Cake):$4.50」を販売いたします。今年の恵方は「西南西」です。
