コンコンきつねの顔したリリコイチーズケーキです。

カシス(ブラックカラント)のムースをカバさんの顔に見立てて仕上げました。
食感のアクセントにフレッシュのブルーベリーが忍ばせてあります。

かの有名な映画でも大活躍した人気者のダルメシアンがケーキになりました。
優しい生クリームを大人味のラムレーズンを散らした生地で包み込みました。
【ホヌパフ】
ハワイのシグネチャーであるホヌとkulukuluのシグネチャーであるダイアモンドヘッドパフがタッグを組みました。中にはたっぷりに抹茶カスタードで爽やかに仕上げました。
【ピッグチーズ】
こぶたの顔をしたレアチーズムースケーキです。かわいいピンク色はラズベリーを使用しています。
